1. The Promoter

2. Eligibility

• Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland.
• Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and may require proof of age and residency before awarding any prize.

4. Skill-Based Question

All competitions require entrants to correctly answer a multiple-choice question. Only entries with correct answers will be entered into the draw. The questions are designed to test basic knowledge related to the automotive industry.

5. Winner Selection

• Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries with correct answers.
• All draws are video recorded and published on our social media channels for transparency.
• The draw will take place on or shortly after the published competition closing date and time.
• The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Winner Notification

• Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw.
• Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and a new winner being selected.
• Winners will be announced on our website and social media (first name and town only, unless additional consent is given).

7. Prizes

• Prizes are as described on each competition page.
• No cash alternative is available for any prize.
• Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
• Prize delivery will be arranged within 28 days of prize acceptance, unless otherwise specified.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or damaged.
• The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant arising from their participation in a competition or use of a prize.
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or postpone any competition if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

10. General

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• By entering a competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms or engages in fraudulent or unsportsmanlike conduct.
